By attributing lift to individual enhancements and forecasting margin benefits, the role ensures resources flow to the highest-ROI improvements. Overseeing a team fluent in BigQuery, Python/R, SQL, Adobe Analytics, and Tableau, the Sr Manager builds data pipelines that cleanse and integrate clickstream, transaction, and customer-profile data, then translates complex behavior patterns into board-ready KPI narratives and predictive models that steer assortment, pricing, and marketing spend.
