Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a senior communications leader to drive earned media and brand storytelling for its North American portfolio, including Oreo and Chips Ahoy! You will shape strategies, work with agencies, and move quickly to capitalize on cultural moments that propel the brand.

The role requires 10+ years in brand communications or earned media, with strong media relationships and proficiency in monitoring and influencer platforms.

Qualifications

• A track record driving earned media for consumer or CPG brands at scale.
• Strong relationships with national consumer, lifestyle, food, and digital media.
• Experience with AI-powered communications tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Earned media leadership and brand storytelling across press, creators and moments.
• Drive earned creator conversation via product seeding and trend activation.
• Build earned authority across AI and LLM-driven search.
• Partner on brand reputation management and crisis readiness.
• Direct day-to-day agency work and monitor KPIs (share of voice, sentiment, etc).
