Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Senior Manager, Executive & Internal Communications to elevate leadership messaging and align with our business strategy for a global workforce. The role partners with senior leaders to craft speeches, talking points, videos and digital storytelling.

The successful candidate will translate complex priorities into human-centered narratives, work across functions and manage multiple communications projects in a fast-paced hybrid Chicago environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in corporate communications, executive communications or related disciplines.
• Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills with a portfolio.
• Experience developing communications for senior executives including speeches and leadership messaging.
• Experience supporting communications during sensitive moments including organizational change or crisis.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex strategies into accessible narratives.
• Experience working across cultures and geographies with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop speeches, talking points, scripts, leadership messages and presentations for CEO/COO and other senior leaders.
• Elevate visibility and authenticity of Mondelēz Leadership Team and strengthen employee trust in leaders and strategy.
• Build relationships with communications leads to identify opportunities for alignment and storytelling.
• Translate strategic priorities into clear, human‑centered leadership narratives.
• Develop leadership communications including executive videos, town halls and digital storytelling.
• Support leaders in navigating sensitive moments ensuring timely, transparent messaging.
