Mondelēz International is seeking a strategic, creative Senior Manager, Executive & Internal Communications to elevate leadership visibility, reinforce our business strategy and celebrate iconic brands for employees worldwide.

You will translate complex topics into clear storytelling, draft speeches for the CEO/COO, and build leadership narratives while partnering with Marketing and R&D to uncover strong brand stories. This role is based in Chicago on a hybrid arrangement with global impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or related field.
• 8+ years of corporate communications, executive communications or related disciplines.
• Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills with portfolio.
• Experience developing communications for senior executives (speeches, messages, scripts).
• Experience supporting communications during sensitive moments (change, crisis, transformation).
• Strong business acumen; translate complex strategies into engaging narratives.

Responsibilities

• Develop communications for CEO/COO and other senior leaders, including speeches and talking points.
• Elevate visibility and authenticity of Mondelēz Leadership Team (MLT) and build trust.
• Identify opportunities for alignment with other MLT members and leadership storytelling.
• Translate strategic priorities into clear, human-centered leadership narratives.
• Develop creative approaches to leadership communications (videos, town halls, digital storytelling).
• Support leaders during sensitive moments, ensuring timely, transparent messaging.
