Zusammenfassung

Mondelez International seeks a Senior Manager, PR & Earned Media (Sweets Category) in East Hanover, NJ. You will lead earned media strategies, brand storytelling, and reputation management for Oreo, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, Nutter Butter and more.

You will drive creator conversations, activations, and trend identification, while partnering with leadership to maintain 24/7 readiness for emerging reputation risks and guide day-to-day agency direction to reach KPIs.

Qualifikationen

10+ years of brand communications, PR, or earned media experience (agency plus in-house preferred).
Proficiency with media monitoring and influencer platforms.
Experience with AI-powered communications tools is a plus.

Support and execute annual earned media strategies across press, creators, and cultural moments.
Drive authentic earned creator conversations through product seeding and launch activations.
Build earned authority across AI and LLM-driven search in collaboration with leadership.
