Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking an experienced earned media leader to drive brand storytelling, media strategy, and reputation management for our Sweet Snacking portfolio. You will shape campaigns across press, creators, and cultural moments, leveraging AI-enabled tools and strong media relationships.

You will collaborate across the organization to build authority in AI-driven search, monitor real-time sentiment, and guide agency execution to meet earned media KPIs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in brand communications, PR, or earned media.
• Proficiency with media monitoring and influencer platforms.
• Experience with AI-powered communications tools — generative AI, sentiment analysis, predictive media monitoring.
• Background in food, snacking, or CPG brand communications is preferred.
• Brand reputation and crisis communications experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, or Journalism.

Responsibilities

• Earned media strategies across press, creators, and cultural moments.
• Drive authentic earned creator conversation through product seeding, new launch activations, and social trend identification.
• Partner across the organization to build earned authority across AI and LLM-driven search.
• Partner with leadership to manage brand reputation and readiness for emerging risks.
• Manage day-to-day agency direction, briefing, reviewing work and reporting against KPIs.
