Job summary
Sound Transit is seeking a Manager of Configuration & Document Management in Seattle to lead a multi-disciplinary team responsible for document control, data governance, and records management. You will establish unified libraries, implement metadata standards, and ensure information integrity across department repositories.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
- Eight years of experience in document management, records retention, or public agency compliance.
- Four years of leadership, budgeting, planning, and workforce management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee development, administration, and integration of document control and data governance.
- Lead metadata standards, naming conventions, and lifecycle management for digital repositories.
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, support public disclosure, litigation, and audits.
- Drive digital transformation, workflow automation, and establish KPIs for governance maturity.
