Based in Titusville, NJ with a hybrid work model, the role partners with Planning, Manufacturing, Deliver, Quality, Finance, Digital & Technology, and Data Science to drive scalable digital solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Digital Value Chain Strategy and Product Delivery: develop and implement the roadmap for digital capabilities.
• Define product vision, prioritize requirements, manage backlogs and coordinate delivery.
• Establish performance metrics and governance to monitor outcomes and drive value realization.
• Advance Supply Chain Modeling and Decision Intelligence through Digital Twin and simulation.
• Integrate analytics into core Value Chain Management processes for data-driven decisions.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Planning, Manufacturing, Deliver, Quality, Finance, Digital & Technology, and Data Science teams.
• Build strong customer relationships and lead change management to accelerate adoption.
• Promote Agile product management practices and scalable operating models.
