The role requires strong leadership, budget management, and a focus on AI-enabled decision support to drive value across Plan, Make, Deliver, and Finance functions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in supply chain, procurement, sourcing, or related tech leadership roles.
• Deep understanding of strategic sourcing and procurement processes.
• Experience managing technology vendors and platforms.
• Knowledge of Transcend program scope and future Source impacts.
• Experience leading large, complex global programs with measurable benefits.
• Strong product management discipline: strategy, portfolio planning, governance, value realization.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead strategic product vision, roadmap, and execution for Source capabilities.
• Own digital product portfolio: source execution, category strategy, supplier analytics, and digital contracting.
• Lead large programs to improve sourcing excellence, savings, and cash flow.
• Partner with Transcend leadership to align roadmaps with enterprise templates and P2P processes.
• Drive backlog prioritization, governance, funding alignment, and benefits tracking.
• Manage Ops IT and Bus IT budgets for the Source portfolio and ensure financial discipline.
