Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager in Innovative Medicine Supply Chain to lead the strategy, development, and deployment of digital capabilities across the end-to-end supply chain. You will partner with business, technology, and analytics teams to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions and advance digital Twins, simulation, and decision-support tools.

The role is hybrid and based in Titusville, NJ, with alternate locations such as Horsham, PA and other IM SCM hubs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in supply chain, digital, analytics, or related functions.
• Experience leading digital products, transformation initiatives, or enterprise capabilities in a complex matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Digital Value Chain Strategy and product delivery, aligning investments with measurable value.
• Advance supply chain modeling, digital twin, simulation, and scenario modeling capabilities for network design and planning.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Planning, Manufacturing, Deliver, Quality, Finance, Digital & Technology, and Data Science to implement solutions.
• Build scalable capabilities, governance, and agile practices to ensure long-term adoption and value realization.
