Qualifications

• Experience implementing Digital Twin framework(s) for manufacturing.
• Familiar with automation, data analytics and digital tools in a plant.
• Strong leadership of cross-functional teams and change management.

Responsibilities

• Own the site Digital Twin roadmap and its integration with real-time data.
• Lead UAT, model validation, and business acceptance with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Warehouse, and IT SMEs.
• Drive adoption of digital twin tech and empower operators with real-time insights.
• Coordinate inputs from internal teams and external partners for simulation models.
• Manage budget for digital twin software enhancements, licenses, and infrastructure.
