Qualifikationen

• B.S. in Industrial Engineering, Electrical/Automation Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent technical field.
• 8+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, smart factory initiatives, MES, or shopfloor digitization.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Digital Twin strategy and site roadmap, ensuring integration of real-time data and simulations to drive shopfloor decisions.
• Manage digital shopfloor integration with plant systems (SCADA, MES, LIMS, Digital Twin, eBR).
• Oversee paperless shopfloor initiatives and Connected Worker programs ensuring GMP compliance.
• Drive AR/VR implementations and validate use cases for operator empowerment and training.
• Lead change management and adoption initiatives across Operations, Engineering, Quality and Training teams.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of Industrial Engineers and digital shopfloor specialists.
• Define KPIs and ROI, reporting progress to site leadership.
