Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in sourcing/procurement with data analytics.
• Experience partnering with IT on system implementations or upgrades.
• Strong data governance, master data management and reporting expertise.
• Experience with SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, Jaggaer, etc.
• Proven ability to lead process improvement and change initiatives.
• Experience with AI/ML or advanced analytics in procurement context.
• Knowledge of automation (RPA, workflow tools).
• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau for dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously enhance sourcing tools and platforms (ERP, eSourcing, CLM, spend analytics).
• Partner with IT to deliver system enhancements aligned with sourcing needs.
• Serve as product owner for sourcing-related systems; ensure usability and adoption.
• Drive system integrations across procurement, finance, and supplier ecosystems.
• Establish and enforce data governance frameworks for sourcing and supplier data.
• Ensure high data quality across spend, supplier, contract and performance datasets.
• Map, standardize, and optimize sourcing processes across categories and regions.
• Identify inefficiencies and lead process re-engineering with automation and digital tools.
• Develop KPIs related to cycle times, compliance, and data quality.
• Lead change management to embed new tools and processes within sourcing teams.
• Lead projects from charter development to launch.
• Define and execute a roadmap to integrate AI/ML-driven insights into sourcing workflows.
• Collaborate with data science and IT teams on use cases like predictive spend analytics and supplier risk modeling.
• Ensure sourcing managers trust and use AI-driven insights through data reliability.
