• Proven donor/member strategy and communications skills for digital fundraising.
• Experience scaling text-to-give fundraising programs.
• Strong data-driven decision making and storytelling ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for mobile, email, web, and social media.
• Strong project management and ability to juggle multiple campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the digital fundraising program to hit revenue goals across channels.
• Develop a full-scale text-to-give program and coordinate with internal/external partners.
• Create integrated donor journeys and online stewardship plans.
• Analyze KPIs and optimize campaigns with testing and insights.
• Align digital strategies with print and other direct marketing efforts.
