Monster Energy is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Commerce Marketing Technology to lead MEC's digital commerce marketing tech and media strategy. You will optimize findability from TikTok Shop to generative search, drive conversion across social and retailer paths, and oversee the myCoke B2B marketing landscape.

You will build and guide a cross-functional team, manage partnerships with vendors and agencies, and collaborate with enterprise stakeholders to align digital commerce with business

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years in Retail Media and Digital Marketing.
• Experience in omnichannel campaigns for grocery CPG brands.
• Experience with TikTok Shop and B2B marketing campaigns.

Aufgaben

• Lead the marketing technology and media engine for MEC's digital commerce channels, from social to AEO/GEO findability.
• Own MikMak where-to-buy management and measurement, linking media spend to retailer conversions.
• Develop direct media strategy and budget across emerging channels to maximize conversions.
• Build and lead the team, and manage vendor, agency, and creator partnerships.
