Job summary

Monster Energy seeks a Sr Mgr, Digital Commerce Marketing Technology and Media to lead the marketing tech and media engine behind MEC's digital commerce channels, from TikTok Shop to AEO/GEO. You will own the strategy, budget, and execution for shoppable product experiences, and align efforts with the myCoke B2B platform.

You will manage cross-functional teams, partnerships, and a roadmap that ties media spend to retailer conversion and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Retail Media and Digital Marketing.
• Experience with Digital Commerce and omnichannel CPG brands.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing technology and media strategy for digital commerce channels.
• Own findability and conversion through AEO/GEO and TikTok Shop initiatives.
• Drive B2B marketing and media for the myCoke platform end to end.
