Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Digital Assets Senior Manager in the Banking & Capital Markets sector to lead strategy, operating models, and technology implementations for digital assets transformations. You will engage senior client leaders, shape solutions across custody, compliance, and risk, and drive revenue growth.

The role requires extensive experience in digital assets within financial services, strong engagement management, and a track record of delivering complex programs with C-suite

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in a professional services firm
• Minimum of 7 years in digital assets in banking/capital markets
• Experience designing operating models, governance, or risk & control frameworks
• Lead complex engagements across delivery lifecycle
• Developed and managed relationships with C-suite executives
• Bachelor's degree required

Responsibilities

• Lead digital assets transformation programs including strategy, operating models, and technology implementations
• Define or operate digital asset custody solutions or models
• Assess digital asset use cases for regulated financial institutions
• Oversee digital-asset financial-crime ecosystem solutions
• Evaluate blockchain tradeoffs for regulated use cases
• Manage engagements from client buy-in to budgeting and execution
• Support development of new digital assets offerings
• Build reputation as an industry thought leader and trusted advisor
• Drive business development to originate opportunities
• Travel up to 80% as required
