Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Banking & Capital Markets Digital Assets Manager to lead transformation programs integrating strategy, technology, and operations for clients. You will support development of offerings and delivery of consulting projects, with a focus on digital assets, custody, and regulatory considerations.

Requirements include 5+ years in professional services or consulting, 5+ years in digital assets within banking/capital markets, and operating model experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional services firm experience in technology or management consulting.
• Minimum of 5 years of digital assets experience leading financial services client engagements or workstreams within or across banking and capital markets.
• Designed or assessed operating models, governance, or risk & control frameworks within regulated financial services institutions.
• A Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements from client buy-in to planning, budgeting, and execution.
• Support development of digital assets offerings and delivery of consulting projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive transformation programs.
• Build senior client relationships and manage project teams.
• Assess blockchain and digital asset use cases for tangible business value.
• Travel up to 80% as required
