Job summary

829 Studios seeks a Senior Manager, Account Management to lead a team of 3-5 account managers and own a portfolio of ~5-6 key clients. You will drive delivery across digital marketing services, ensure client satisfaction, and steer revenue growth and profitability for your accounts.

You will mentor and develop the team, manage cross-functional initiatives, and communicate the value of 829’s capabilities through strategic partnership and quarterly reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in account management, preferably in digital marketing.
• Minimum 2 years managing direct reports.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with digital marketing channels (PPC, social, SEO, email, content).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach 3-5 account managers with varied seniority.
• Own a portfolio of ~5-6 strategic accounts and drive growth.
• Oversee delivery of digital marketing services and client satisfaction.
• Monitor performance, report to CS leadership, and optimize resources.
• Develop client relationships and communicate value proposition.
• Drive revenue through upsell/cross-sell and strategic planning.
