Job summary

Versaterm is seeking a Senior Manager of Deployments to lead the deployment, data migration, and integration functions for a broad public safety software suite. You will oversee managers and specialists, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and scalable deployment practices.

You will drive improvements, align capacity with business goals, and guide teams through complex customer environments, including regulated data handling and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience delivering deployment projects in SaaS or software delivery environments.
• Proven track record leading managers or multi‑team functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Deployment Specialists and Managers with clear direction and performance feedback.
• Own delivery standards across tooling, docs, and quality benchmarks.
• Oversee staffing and capacity planning to meet commitments.
• Drive continuous improvements to reduce time‑to‑deploy and improve outcomes.
• Escalation point for complex deployment and integration issues with cross‑functional teams.
• Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and development planning for both teams.
