Job summary

Versaterm seeks a Senior Manager, Deployments to lead deployment and data migration across Public Safety environments. You will manage managers and specialists, ensuring quality and throughput while driving automation and scalable delivery practices.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams, shaping deployment standards, resourcing, and risk management. A CJIS-aware, security-conscious leader will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in computer science or related field.
• 8–12 years in technical delivery, deployment, or systems implementation.
• 3–5 years in people management.
• Experience managing managers or multi-team functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Deployment Specialists and Managers with clear directions and feedback.
• Own delivery standards across tooling, docs, and quality benchmarks.
• Oversee staffing and capacity planning to meet delivery commitments.
• Drive process improvements to reduce time-to-deploy and improve outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional resolution with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams.
• Contribute to hiring decisions and development plans for teams.
