Job summary

Versaterm is seeking a Senior Manager, Deployments to lead the deployment and data migration & integration functions across Public Safety environments. You will oversee managers and specialists, ensure delivery quality, and drive automation to optimize processes.

The role partners with Product, Engineering, and Implementation to align capacity and delivery performance. You will guide hiring, onboarding, and development, while ensuring teams operate under CJIS security and data-handling

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
8–12 years in technical delivery with 3–5 years in people management.
Experience managing managers or multi-team software delivery functions.
Familiar with data migration and system integration in enterprise/SaaS contexts.
Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management.
Ability to obtain security clearances and pass CJIS-related checks.

Responsibilities

Lead deployment and data migration teams, setting direction and performance goals.
Own delivery standards across tooling, docs, and quality benchmarks.
Oversee scheduling, staffing, and capacity planning to meet commitments.
Drive process improvements to shorten time-to-deploy and boost client outcomes.
Escalate complex issues and coordinate cross-functional resolutions.
Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and development plans for teams.
Provide delivery forecasts and risk assessments to leadership.
Ensure compliance with CJIS security requirements.
