Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in the full lifecycle development of aerospace structures and/or mechanisms.
• Experience in leading and mentoring technical teams and functional groups.
• Demonstrated experience in requirement definition, design solution definition, implementation, integration, verification and validation.

Responsibilities

• Define, own, and control the subsystem technical baseline.
• Manage a team of engineers to specify, design, analyze, manufacture, integrate, test, and deliver hardware and software.
• Drive excellence in programmatic and project operations.
