Job summary

Platinum Dental Services seeks a Regional Leader in Reno, NV to drive growth, leadership, and operational excellence across affiliated practices. You will partner with dentists and office teams to meet goals, deliver exceptional patient experiences, and foster accountability.

During a 3–6 month training period, you will gain hands-on experience with Platinum’s systems and leadership approach, preparing you for full regional responsibility and day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Multi-location dental management experience preferred.
• Ability to coach teams, manage priorities, and drive measurable results.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily office engagement to coach, build, and train teams in the region.
• Set and review production and collection goals with senior leaders.
• Conduct monthly P&L reviews to drive performance improvements.
• Use Platinum metrics dashboard to identify opportunities for growth.
• Audit schedules and optimize scheduling, staffing, and workflow.
• Ensure patient flow and high-quality experiences at all touchpoints.
• Oversee hiring/firing within the region and onboarding of leaders.
• Report regional performance weekly and collaborate with Home Office.
