AltaMed Health Services Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, Dental Office to oversee business, operations, compliance, and clinical dental activities at multiple AltaMed locations. You will partner with Site Dental Directors to optimize workflows, align with strategic goals, and drive performance across Quality, Service, Finance and People metrics.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in a health admin field (Master's preferred), speaks English/Spanish, and has a valid BLS or higher.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or Business Administration or 15 years of healthcare leadership experience.
• Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or Business Administration preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred and a valid BLS certification or higher.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate business, operational, compliance, and clinical dental activities across three or more AltaMed locations or eight or more FTE providers.
• Collaborate with Site Dental Directors to ensure effective workflows and efficient operations.
• Drive organization-wide performance toward Quality, Service, Finance, and People goals and monitor trends.
• Identify performance gaps and take action to improve outcomes.

The Senior Manager, Dental Office, works with the clinical dyad partners/Site Dental Directors to ensure effective and efficient workflow and operations at the dental site level. The Senior Manager, Dental Office, drives performance and outcomes of organization-wide strategic goals under the Quality, Service, Finance, and People categories. Lastly, the Senior Manager, Dental Office measures performance and progress against goals, identifies trends, and takes action steps to drive performance.**Minimum Requirements*** Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or Business Administration required or an equivalent of 15 years of experience in a healthcare setting with leadership experience.* Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or Business Administration preferred.* Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.* A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.**Compensation**$90,808.96 - $113,511.21 annually**Compensation Disclaimer**Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
