The Manager plays a critical part in enhancing employee performance, service quality, and overall patient experience by ensuring staff are well-trained, engaged, and aligned with organizational standards.**Minimum Requirements*** Graduation from an accredited college or university with courses in educational methods, personnel administration, applied psychology, English, and possibly journalism, or a minimum of 4 years of successful experience in the delivery of training programs, preferably in healthcare organizations.* Minimum 4 years of in-service training experience in healthcare organization policies and procedures.* Minimum 4 years’ experience in training and development, preferably in a managerial role.* Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.**Compensation**$88,241.92 - $110,302.40 annually**Compensation Disclaimer**Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
