The Registered Dental Assistant II is also responsible for ensuring the efficiency of back-office dental operations and for mentoring and training new dental back-office staff.**Minimum Requirements*** High School diploma or GED certificate required.* Minimum of 1 year of RDA work experience in a dental office setting required. Active Registered Dental Assistant license, along with sealant certification required.* Bilingual English/Spanish also required.* Possesses and maintains a valid and current license with the State of California as a registered dental assistant or dental assistant.* Credentialed as a valid RDA EF II with the following certifications: X-ray, Ultrasonic Scaler, Pit and Fissure, an asset but not required.* A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.**Compensation**$30.80 - $36.19 hourly**Compensation Disclaimer**Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
