Job summary

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Senior Manager, Operations, Maintenance & Logistics to support the Ground-based Midcourse Defense (GMD) program. The role will oversee Operations, Maintenance, and Logistics across multiple sites including Fort Greely, AK; Vandenberg AFB, CA; and Huntsville, AL.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, set objectives, drive process improvements, manage resources, and ensure readiness of spares, supply chain, and field operations in a high-safety

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading programs, organizational operations, enterprise services, and/or functional leadership.
• 5+ years of experience in Maintenance Planning Operations.
• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing policies and procedures.
• 5+ years of experience in Logistics.
• Willing and able to travel domestically 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Operations (GMD Maintenance Manager, Human-Machine Interface ops) and Maintenance (retrofit, repair, modification) activities across multiple sites.
• Manages Logistics (supply chain, materiel management, spares provisioning, transportation, inventory) and drives logistics readiness metrics.
• Interfaces with MDA and government leadership to represent Boeing's integrated Operations, Maintenance, and Logistics posture.
• guides development of business goals, plans, and procedures across all three functions.
