Job summary

Boeing Aerospace Operations, supporting the Ground-based Midcourse Defense (GMD) program, is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Operations, Maintenance, and Logistics across multiple sites in AK, CA, and AL. You will guide a multi-disciplinary team and coordinate with MDA and government leadership to meet cost, schedule, and technical objectives.

The role emphasizes safety, process improvements, and implementing policy across three functions while maintaining strong relationships with customers

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading or managing programs and organizational operations.
• 5+ years in Maintenance Planning Operations.
• 5+ years designing and implementing policies and procedures.
• 5+ years in Logistics.
• Willing and able to travel domestically 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Operations (GMD Maintenance and Human-Machine Interface) across sites.
• Oversee Maintenance (technical, retrofit, repair, modification) activities.
• Lead Logistics (supply chain, spares, inventory) across locations.
• Provide interfaces with MDA and government leadership on program posture.
• Develop and execute integrated plans and monitor logistics readiness metrics.
