Job summary

Boeing Aerospace Operations seeks a Senior Manager for Operations, Maintenance and Logistics to support the Ground-based Midcourse Defense (GMD) program. This leader will oversee a multi-site organization, drive cost, schedule, and technical objectives, and coordinate with MDA and government partners.

The role requires deep experience across Operations, Maintenance, and Logistics, with emphasis on policy and workforce leadership, and travel to domestic sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading or managing programs and operations.
• 5+ years in Maintenance Planning Operations.
• 5+ years in designing and implementing policies and procedures.
• 5+ years in Logistics.
• Willing to travel domestically ~10%.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Operations, Maintenance, and Logistics across multiple sites.
• Supports execution of cost, schedule, and technical objectives for the GMD program.
• Interfaces with MDA and government leadership and other stakeholders.
• Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies, and procedures.
• Leads hiring, performance management, and workforce planning.
