• 2 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.

• Identify needs, set priorities, and remove obstacles to optimize performance.
• Develop and convey program strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Supervise and mentor associates, fostering team development through coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing program performance, recommending adjustments, and implementing best practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve critical issues, support decision-making, and enhance customer experience.
