Job summary

• Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical experience using data to drive business decisions and strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Growth programs for Marketplace Flash Deals, Pricing, Resold, and Marketing & Events.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Analyze business performance and ensure operational excellence across initiatives.
• Partner with Category, Site Merchandising, Pricing, Marketing, Product and Finance to drive GMV growth and improve customer experience.
