Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to manage Keefe dedicated fleets, drive cost/performance, and lead vendor relationships across multiple locations. This role partners with operations, sales, and finance to resolve escalations and optimize routing, invoicing, and backhaul revenue.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10+ years in transportation or logistics, with strong Excel and financial analysis skills to support data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field required or equivalent.
• Ten or more years of transportation, supply chain, or logistics experience preferred.
• Experience managing dedicated fleet operations, carrier/vendor relationships, routing guides, KPIs, and cost performance.
• Ability to lead RFP processes, evaluate financial submissions, and recommend transportation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 11 dedicated fleets and act as the primary contact for fleet managers.
• Respond to daily escalations from Sales, CS, Ops, and vendors.
• Analyze fleet cost-per-hundredweight and compare to over-the-road rates.
• Lead RFPs for expiring contracts and new locations.
• Identify opportunities to increase backhaul revenue.
• Maintain routing guides and provide guidance to operations.
• Hold weekly/bi-weekly KPI review meetings with ops and vendors.
• Oversee monthly vehicle expense allocations and invoicing to AP/Finance.
