Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc., comprising Trinity Services Group, Keefe Group and Courtesy Products, seeks a Senior Fleet Director to manage Keefe dedicated fleets, drive cost, service, safety, and invoicing performance, and partner with operations, sales and vendors.

You will lead RFPs, evaluate financials, optimize backhaul revenue, establish routing guidance, and review KPIs with leadership to ensure on-time delivery and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in transportation, supply chain, fleet management, or logistics.
• Experience managing dedicated fleet operations, carrier/vendor relationships, routing guides, transportation KPIs, and cost performance.
• Ability to lead RFP processes, evaluate financial submissions, and recommend transportation solutions based on operational and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance of 11 dedicated fleets and serve as single point of contact for fleet manager-routers.
• Respond to daily escalations from sales, customer service, operations, and vendor partners.
• Continuously evaluate fleet financial performance and recommend expansion or contraction based on cost-per-hundredweight vs over-the-road rates.
• Lead RFPs for expiring contracts and new fleet locations, gather inputs, model, review submissions, and recommend solutions.
• Identify opportunities to increase backhaul revenue through inbound orders or third-party shipments.
• Establish routing guides for each fleet location and guide operations.
• Conduct weekly/bi-weekly KPI reviews with operations and fleet contacts.
• Conduct monthly safety meetings with vendors and ensure safety KPIs are met.
• Complete weekly invoicing, supervise contractor activity, and submit invoices to AP.
• Complete monthly allocation of vehicle expense and report to AP and Finance.
