Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc, comprising Trinity Services Group, Keefe Group, and Courtesy Products, is seeking a senior transportation/indirect procurement leader to manage 11 dedicated fleets and drive cost efficiency.

You will oversee daily execution, safety, invoicing, and vendor relationships, reporting to the Senior Director of Transportation and Indirect Procurement. This hybrid role supports onsite and remote work across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related business field; Master's degree preferred.
• Ten or more years of transportation, supply chain, fleet management, purchasing, or logistics experience.
• Lead RFP processes and evaluate financial submissions.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze data for decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance of 11 dedicated fleets and act as contact for fleet managers.
• Respond to escalations from sales, operations, and vendors.
• Evaluate fleet financial performance and advise expansion or contraction.
• Lead RFPs for expiring contracts and new locations with financial modeling.
• Hold weekly/biweekly meetings to review cost-per-hundredweight and delivery metrics.
• Allocate vehicle expenses monthly and report to AP and Finance.
• Perform other duties as needed.
