Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. (MPS) seeks a Sr. Manager, Systems (Technical Marketing) & Apps to lead market-facing strategy and customer engagement for next-gen DC-DC power modules.

You will operate at the intersection of deep power electronics expertise and business leadership in a global semiconductor setting. Responsibilities include defining technical marketing strategy, guiding roadmaps, and driving design-in activities with key customers while collaborating with R&D, product management,

Qualificações

• Master’s degree or Ph.D in Electrical Engineering or related discipline (required).
• 10+ years of power electronics experience with hands-on design and testing.
• Proven track record in customer engagement and influencing technical decisions.
• Strong business acumen with understanding of market dynamics, product positioning, and cost/performance trade-offs.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute technical marketing strategy for DC-DC power module portfolios.
• Translate system-level requirements into product definitions and roadmaps.
• Influence architecture, features, and performance targets with R&D teams.
• Lead cross-functional roadmaps across engineering, product management, QA, and operations.
• Drive design-in and design-win activities with key customers through deep technical engagement.
• Provide hands-on application support including converter design guidance, simulation, and lab validation.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a high-performance team culture.
