• 5+ years in managing datacenter operations and large-scale storage, backup, and recovery.
• Strong vendor management, budgeting, and compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi‑site storage and data protection environments for performance, capacity and availability.
• Lead storage/backups portfolio to meet scalability, resiliency, and retention objectives.
• Develop operational procedures for storage systems, backups and recovery processes.
• Monitor health, data integrity, and backup success; plan capacity and retention.
• Ensure DR capabilities and test plans; manage risk and enforce data protection controls.
