Job summary

MOREgroup is seeking a skilled data professional with a strong background in data science, data engineering, data integration, and data warehousing. You will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions across the organization, using modern cloud data platforms and integration tools.

Lead data initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders, and advance the adoption of AI and ML capabilities while ensuring data quality, security, and performance across systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT with 3+ years in data engineering, data integration, data science, or data warehousing.
• Experience with modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift or Synapse).
• Proficient in ETL/ELT tools and SQL across large datasets and relational DBs.
• Excellent communication and ability to lead offshore teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures supporting reporting and analytics.
• Build and optimize data warehouses and analytic data models for actionable insights.
• Integrate data from internal and external sources using APIs, flat files, and DB connections.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Evaluate BI, analytics, and data solutions aligned with strategy.
• Ensure data is accurate, secure, reliable, and performant.
• Develop data solutions to support reporting, BI, data science, and advanced analytics.
• Build and maintain a hybrid data environment to advance AI/ML adoption.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize pipelines and system performance.
• Choose data integration approaches balancing speed, scalability, maintainability, modernization.
• Establish data architecture, standards, and documentation.
• Lead offshore teams of developers, analysts, engineers, and admins.
• Oversee data/analytics projects from design to delivery.
• Define operational strategy for diverse data audiences including partners.
