Job summary

MOREgroup is seeking a data professional with strong background in data science, data engineering, data integration, and data warehousing. You will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions across the organization using modern cloud data platforms and ETL/ELT tools.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions, ensure data accuracy and security, and help advance the organization’s adoption of AI and machine

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, or related field with 3+ years of data engineering/warehousing experience.
• Experience with modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, Azure Synapse).
• Proficiency in ETL/ELT tools and SQL; programming languages for data analytics.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to coordinate offshore teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures for reporting and analytics.
• Build and optimize data warehouses and analytical models for accurate insights.
• Integrate data from internal and external sources using APIs, flat files, and ETL/ELT tools.
• Lead offshore teams and collaborate with stakeholders to translate data needs into technical solutions.
• Guide data strategy and select BI/analytics solutions aligned with long-term goals.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and performance across platforms.
