Job summary

MOREgroup is seeking a skilled data professional to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions across the organization. The role emphasizes hands-on work with modern cloud data platforms and integration tools, spanning ingestion to analytics and optimization.

The ideal candidate brings experience with data engineering, data integration, and data warehousing, and can lead offshore teams while collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver data-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in data engineering or related fields.
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, or Azure Synapse.
• Proficiency in Python, R, Scala, or SAS and strong SQL.
• Experience leading offshore data teams and across multiple time zones.
• Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures for reporting and analytics.
• Build and optimize data warehouses and analytical data models.
• Integrate data from internal and external sources using APIs and ETL/ELT tools.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate data needs into technical solutions.
• Evaluate BI, analytics and data solutions aligned with strategy.
• Ensure data is accurate, secure, and performant across platforms.
• Develop data solutions supporting reporting, data science, and advanced analytics.
• Lead and coordinate offshore data teams across time zones.
