Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/IS or related field.
- 5+ years of software engineering or related area.
- 2 years of supervisory experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Data Platform Operations team to drive operational strategy for the Data Lake and related services.
- Enhance data security and governance by improving access provisioning and compliance standards.
- Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and automation to streamline operations.
- Improve cloud cost efficiency through tuning across storage, compute, and networking.
- Collaborate with security teams to strengthen IAM, RBAC, and compliance.
- Apply SRE practices for standardized deployments and resilience.
- Enhance monitoring and observability for reliability.
- Oversee maintenance, scaling, and automation of operational workflows.
- Integrate AI-driven optimization for performance improvement.
- Mentor engineers and guide architectural decisions with rigorous testing and code reviews.
