Oracle is seeking a seasoned professional to lead and manage the construction of data centers with colocation providers, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and high-quality standards. You will supervise multiple project teams, direct design reviews, commissioning, and risk mitigation, and act as the primary contact with external vendors and suppliers.

Leads and manages the construction of data centers by colocation providers, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high‑quality standards. Supervises multiple project teams, offering strategic direction and resolving any issues that may arise during project cycles. Leads the creation, review, and maintenance of documentation, including design review, commissioning, and problem‑solving papers. Leads the management of quality control processes to ensure all construction activities meet design specifications and industry standards. Supervises comprehensive site walks and directs the startup and commissioning phases of major data center projects. Addresses gaps in risk identification and mitigation, and communicates potential impacts to senior management. Oversees the primary point of contact role between the company and colocation providers. Leads the selection, negotiation, and management of contracts with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring contract compliance and performance. Leads the installation of power, cooling, networking, and structured cabling systems.
