Job summary

Equinix is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Deployment to lead regional data center deployment teams across the US East Region, delivering customer implementations and readiness activities with strategic oversight and leadership.

You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Construction, Product Management, Network Engineering, and Supply Chain to drive outcomes, manage budgets, workforce planning, and governance for complex, large-scale deployments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in technical deployment, infrastructure delivery or related fields.
• Experience leading managers and geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong executive presence with cross-functional influence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional data center deployment strategies aligned with company goals.
• Manage regional deployment performance and customer deployments.
• Develop talent strategies and leadership across the region.
