Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Data Architecture to lead large-scale data platforms for automotive and aerospace sector clients. You will guide delivery teams, architect data solutions, and collaborate with C-level stakeholders to drive AI-enabled data modernization across finance and supply chain use cases.

You will mentor global teams, shape governance, and stay ahead of trends in Data Fabrics, Data Mesh, and modern data platforms while delivering high-impact projects for EY's clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM is required.
• 12+ years professional consulting experience in industry or in technology consulting.
• 12+ years hands-on experience in architecting data lake solutions.
• 5+ years’ experience with native cloud products and services such as Azure or GCP.
• 8+ years mentoring teams of data architects and data engineers.
• Experience in data modelling, warehousing, lakes, data integration.
• Hands-on coding in Python, Java, or Scala.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for data workloads.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple data architecture projects with focus on quality and risk management.
• Guide and mentor junior team members across data engineering initiatives.
• Engage with C-level clients and EY teams to architect data solutions.
• Define data requirements, design data strategies, and drive delivery of technology consulting services.
• Help win new business through expert data strategy and technical leadership.
