Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM is required.
• 12+ years professional consulting experience in industry or technology consulting.
• 12+ years hands-on experience in architecting data lake solutions.
• 5+ years’ experience with native cloud products and services such as Azure or GCP.
• 8+ years mentoring and leading data teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead data architecture projects for automotive and aerospace clients.
• Design, implement and govern modern data architectures and AI/data platforms.
• Coach and mentor junior team members and cross-functional partners.
• Engage with C-level clients to articulate data strategies and solutions.
• Help win new business through trusted advisory and delivery excellence.
• Manage timelines, costs, and quality across programs.
