Job summary

The Charles Schwab Corporation seeks a senior Data Engineer to design and maintain enterprise data pipelines, models, and governance. You will partner with business leaders and technology teams to enable Power BI reporting, analytics, and AI-enabled insights across the organization.

Qualifications

7–10+ years of progressive experience in data/analytics or related Technology roles.
Experience leading enterprise data pipelines and reporting ecosystems.
Strong ability to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise data pipelines and models.
Partner with stakeholders to enable Power BI reporting and analytics.
Govern data quality, accessibility, and governance across platforms.
Drive AI-enabled insights and self-service reporting capabilities.
