Job summary

The Charles Schwab Corporation in United States (Austin, TX) seeks a senior BI Platform leader to drive enterprise analytics governance and modernization. You will own architecture, security, and automation across Power BI, Tableau Server/Cloud, SAP BusinessObjects, and Alteryx, partnering with business and tech stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure BI solutions and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering or related field.
12+ years IT experience focused on Enterprise BI Platform Administration, Engineering and Operations.
Minimum 2+ years supporting cloud-based BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau Cloud) and SaaS analytics.
Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau Server/On-Premises, Tableau Cloud, SAP BusinessObjects and Alteryx.
Experience partnering with product owners and stakeholders to align roadmaps with business goals.

Provide strategic leadership and governance for enterprise BI platforms and analytics.
Oversee architecture, automation, security, reliability, and modernization initiatives.
Lead platform administration, governance, and enable scalable, secure BI solutions.
Drive platform operations, monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate across Data Eng, Cloud, Infra, and analytics stakeholders.
