Job summary
Cardinal Health is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management - Data and Analytics to define strategy, drive roadmap execution, and ensure commercial success. You will lead the WaveMark analytics portfolio from concept to growth, collaborating with customers, engineering, sales, and executive leadership to deliver innovative healthcare solutions.
You will also serve as a people leader, coaching Product Managers and building a high‑performing team culture aligned with Cardinal Health values.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, healthcare technology and data analytics preferred.
- Experience with Enterprise software is a plus.
- Experience with people leadership is highly desired.
- Experience working across technical and business teams preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Lead products through full lifecycle from concept to launch and optimization.
- Prioritize product investments using customer, market, and business insights.
- Partner with Engineering to drive Agile product development and delivery.
- Define success metrics and monitor product adoption and performance.
