Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced analytics product manager to partner with product owners and stakeholders from ideation to execution, shaping analytics product vision and defining scalable solutions. You will develop requirements for data science and engineering teams, manage backlogs, and champion agile practices.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, collaboration with SMEs, and staying current on AI/ML and digital technologies to drive adoption across lines of business.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in Product Management or Technical Product Management.
• 5+ years' experience running day-to-day product execution with Data Science/Engineering teams.
• 3+ years' experience with SMEs to uncover ambiguities in business problems and processes.
• 3+ years' experience with stakeholder management.
• 3+ years' demonstrated ability to drive outcomes in complex environments.
• 2+ years' experience building capabilities leveraging AI/ML or advanced analytics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Owners, product leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders from ideation through execution to shape analytics product vision.
• Develop functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and detailed specifications for data science and engineering teams.
• Support engineering and data science teams by clarifying requirements and enabling agile ceremonies.
• Manage product backlog, scoping, prioritization, and problem solving.
• Run day-to-day planning and ceremonies, championing Agile practices.
• Coordinate dependencies with other teams and stakeholders.
• Foster a data-driven and innovation-focused mindset with commitment to product excellence.
• Stay current on trends in analytics, data platforms, AI/ML, and digital technologies.
