Job summary

Heartbeat is seeking a Senior Product Manager for our Data & Analytics team. You will shape and execute data product strategy across dashboards, pipelines, and reports to power clinical, operational, and business outcomes.

You will collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to translate needs into measurable analytics. A hands-on role with SQL and dashboarding tools, remote-first, with high visibility and impact across the healthcare ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
• 5+ years in product management, analytics, or data-focused roles
• Proven success shipping data products or analytics in agile environments
• Strong communication and collaboration, translating technical work for business users
• Strong SQL and analytical skills; comfortable digging into details
• Experience with relational databases, data pipelines, and dashboards (Snowflake, Looker, Sigma, Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience with Python (pandas) for data analysis

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, scope, and deliver impactful data/analytics deliverables using agile approaches
• Engage with stakeholders to surface data needs and define requirements
• Translate business questions into clear, actionable analytics deliverables
• Collaborate with data and engineering teams to launch and refine analytics in short cycles
• Define metrics and measurement to assess success across clinical, operational, and financial domains
• Roll up your sleeves with SQL to shape dashboards and debug data pipelines
